I think travelling foreign people have a hard time understanding that in Japan,
RAIN can be the main threat.
Now, Fukuoka has an EVACUATION warning!
Be aware of the life threatening rain please! Japanese land is consist of steep and fragile mountains and we are not the part of a big old continent.
That means our land is being updated by erosion all the time.
Nature lover must be able to understand that.
